Her remains were found on Sept. 5, 2005 in a secluded wooded area off Tilton Roadwhich is west of Apalachicola. The area is known as the Box R Ranch Wildlife Management Area. Investigators suspect Kinney was murdered at a beach house on St. George Island, Fla. that was closed for repairs after Hurricane Dennis. Pamela was transported from this location and eventually discarded at the Wildlife Management Area.\u00a0 Numerous leads have been pursued and new leads are being sought. All information, despite its significance, will be greatly appreciated and could possibly lead to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for Kinney\u2019s murder.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any information on this case please call the Franklin County Sheriff&#8217;s office or Big Bend Crime Stoppers at (850) 574-TIPS (8477).<\/p>\n<p>Additionally: the Franklin County Sheriffs Office is offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case.
